About

About Beam & Bond Studio

Recognition should be seen. Not tucked in an inbox or read once at a meeting, but on the wall where people walk past it every day.

Beam & Bond Studio designs custom acrylic recognition boards, awards, signage, and gifts that make appreciation visible. Employee of the Month. Property of the Month. Resident spotlights. Team milestones and years of service. Whatever you celebrate, we build a piece that fits your space and your brand.

Made for you, piece by piece

Every board starts with your logo, your colors, and the way your program actually works. We lay out the design, send you a digital mockup to review, and build nothing until you approve it. Then we cut, engrave, and assemble each piece so it arrives ready to hang.

Built to last all year

Our boards are made to keep working long after the day they go up. Engraved month plaques, swappable photo frames, and premium acrylic mean the board keeps celebrating new people month after month.

Behind the studio

Beam & Bond started from a love of creating pieces that actually mean something. From employee recognition and custom acrylic signage to corporate gifts and personalized keepsakes, everything is made to feel thoughtful, polished and personal. I love taking an idea, a logo or a special moment and turning it into something people are proud to display, gift or keep. Every piece is made to order with attention to the details that make it yours.
